| The cohort program as means to reach critical mass |
1. Establish reputation across the country for LCB within minority communities as the premier college of choice for studying business and thus sustaining the LCB Building Business Leaders Program perpetually.
2. Establish CEO Network cohorts across ALL University of Oregon departments.
3. Build a national brand in the CEO Network program for leadership and professional development in under-represented minority professionals.
4. Sponsor regional CEO Network Diversity Symposiums leveraging other Business school campuses.

In doing this I will confidently be able to say that I have made my community a better place for everyone to live in. I will feel successful in using my own talents and ability to make a mark on higher education. I will have built something that will represent my legacy for my own family to carry forward.
