I have many gifts that I have worked hard to turn into skill and most people recognize my ability to imagine, innovate and inspire as my best talents.
Above all, I have an amazing capacity to love and I find a way every day to share hope and encouragement with my everyone around me.
Here is what you can expect when you meet me:
I visualize. My brain processes ideas and thoughts conceptually so you will always see me with my notebook in hand jotting down diagrams, pictures and charts to explain my thoughts.
I "ideate." There is always another cool idea floating inside my head waiting to find the opportunity to try out. I thrive in brainstorming and free-thinking exercises.
I lead. I find it easy to see the talent and strength in others. I know I can't reach goals on my own so I am a serious net-worker always taking mental note of the unique characteristics of those I meet so that I have a vast selection of other's strengths I can call upon to get a job done.
I inspire. I use my intuition to find a way to reach the unlocked potential in every person I meet. I love to have fun working hard and understanding what motivates the people around me and coaching directly to their strengths is both rewarding and fulfilling.
